How do you get rid of huge bags under your eyes when you smile?

When you smile can you see little tiny wrinkles throughout your cheeks area?

Im not talking about the crows feet area but just below that, when you smile do you see little tiny wrinkles everywhere? Im only 29, when my faced is making a relaxed expression, you cant see them but when I smile look close they are visible Im just wondering if this is normal?

What are the smile lines underneath my mouth?

These lines are not above or beside my smile, but below. They are lines (about two) that extend fron the corners of my mouth almost down to my chin when I smile, they somewhat look like scars though they are not. They are not visible when I am not smiling, and all it feels like when I touch them is that the skin is being strained, there is no hard feeling. I have not seen them on someone else, from what I can recall. Is there any way to get rid of them?
