Can i get individual dental insurance through the state somehow for my wisdom teeth?

I have impacted wisdom teeth and need them out by this summer at the latest. I don’t have any dental insurance and my health insurance expired a few months ago…
I’m 16 years old and I need to come up with 2000 dollars somehow.
Is there ANY way I can get state dental insurance or something similar?
Yeah I know this should be my parents problem…however they are unfortunately irresponsible, so i’m pretty much on my own with this.

What’s the difference between health/dental insurance and a health/dental plan?

How do you smile without having the nose stretching or becoming flat?
