my baby does the cutest thing but im not sure why… often times he will have his eyes open and he will open one eye.. or both eyes.. and shut it very very quickly like he didnt want me to see him with his eyes open.. he does this alllll the time..
(he does this with even smiles tooo)…we even caught it on camera a bunch of times cuz he does it sooo much.. he just closes his eyes and makes a straight face… and then.. sometimes we will say we SAW u!!!! and then he will smile or giggle………. hmmmmmmm i doubt that he understands us.. but.. does anybodies baby does this????????

Ana asked:
My daughter is four weeks old and she smiled and giggled while looking at her dad today. Was it real or still mirror reflex? I can’t wait for her to actually smile on purpose and not just in her sleep. When will I hear a real laugh from her?

I can’t understand where and how a baby learn by self to smile and so in-soul inspiring? Angels?… God’s Spirit talks to baby, and while sleeping, smiling hah?

Randi asked:
I know when they’re first born it’s really just gas when they smile. When do they start smiling for real and when are they supposed to start holding their head up by themselves?? My baby is a week and a half old and at about 4 or 5 days old she was trying to hold her head up and now can get it up but just has trouble keeping it up for a while. Is that normal?

RedneckMama asked:
My baby is 3 weeks old and he smiles a lot but I don’t know if it’s still reflexes or if he is actually smiling cuz he is happy…
When he smiles he uses his mouth but also his eyes. It’s like an ear to ear grin and he really does look happy.

K.Lee asked:
I went to the doc yesterday for my regular appointment. She used the doppler and we heard the heartbeat right away. It was the collest thing ever. I was all smiles! I’m ten weeks five days now. The heartbeat was 170bpm. Does that sound good. The doc said it was excellent because they like it to be anywhere from 110-180. Just curious as to other peoples experiences.
