Can I buy extra dental insurance to reduce my out-of-pocket cost for my teetch surgery?

Chad asked:

I need to do teeth surgey which could cost about 4k, but my company dental insurance will only pay 40%, in order to reduce my own cost, can I buy extra insurance to cover the 60% cost, or at least reduct my own cost? If yes, any good ones out there?
Thanks.
I am wondering if I have two insurances, then can I file the same surgery claim to both insurance company?
